Doris Margaret Jacka's Obituary
Doris Margaret Jacka, 87, lived in her own home for 57 years and died there May 6, 2011. A native of Huntington Beach, she married her husband, George W. Jacka in 1943 and he predeceased her in 2001 after 58 years of marriage.
Doris was a member of the San Bernardino Emblem Club, San Bernardino Art Association, Del Rosa United Methodist Church and was a Masonic Widow.
She is survived by three sons, James and Robert of San Bernardino, and William of Arroyo Grande; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2011, 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and funeral services will be held Thursday, May 12, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., both at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Avenue. Graveside services will follow at Mt. View Cemetery, 570 E. Highland Avenue.
