I was so sorry to hear of Doris' passing. My parents were longtime friends of Doris and Jim and I grew up with their children through church and youth groups. My thoughts and prayers go out to Jim and the girls and family. Now you have a very "special guardian angel" to watch over you and share in all you do. May she rest in peace. I hope to attend the service if only for a short time as it seems God has taken with him 3 members and old friends and 2 of the 3 services are all about the same time. My Mom and Dad as well as several more friends will be welcoming Doris with open arms. May God bless you --- sending a hug! Love - Karen (Hoffman) Hardin/ Highland, CA

Dear Cousin Jim, Linda, DC and Kate,
I was soooo sorry to hear that your Mom had passed away, but I am thankful that she is with the Lord now and not suffering.
I know that it is still hard, and she will be missed.
The Lord blessed you all with a wonderful and kind mother. And Jim, you were blessed with Doris as your wife for almost 71 years!!! WOW!!! That is rare these days.
I will be praying for all of you, especially Friday.
Lots of love
Cousin Laurie
