Donna you were the best person I have ever known, and I was so lucky to have you as my wife, even if it was for a short time. You made people happy and that was your real job here. You loved your family and made them strong, and then you made me strong. You gave me the courage to go on day-to-day. I hope you know how special you really are. I will never be able to go on the same without you here by my side. I will always regret the times you needed me and my love but I was too tired or busy to love you the way you deserved.
You have left me with nothing, yet you have left me with your sweet memory. Thank you for being my companion for a short while, and may you receive all of the love you deserve in your new life.

Words will never express the loss felt losing Donna. She was truly a 'very special' person. She loved life and her smile showed it. I doubt he ever had a bad thought about anyone. After she left Patton I missed seeing her in the kitchen with her laugh and smile. I am so very sorry your loss.
