Chief Scottt was our PBO when the 419th deployed to Taji in 2009. He did a GREAT job of ensuring the warehouse was fully operational and met the needs of our customers. When a unit departs theatre it's always a challenge to ensure the warehouse books balance and that all of the thousands of stocked commodities are accounted for. During the transition audit to our replacement unit our warehouse certified on the first assessment, a testimony to Chief's mangement. I'll never forget visiting his hooch on one health and welfare round and seeing that he'd secured hardwood flooring for the concrete floor of his room...who else could do that but Chief Scott? He will be missed.

CW4 Scott was one of the first people I met when I came to California to serve my time in the Army Reserves. He always had a smile on his face and he talked about his great love for his daughter.Once I became a NCO he pushed me to become a officer so I can be apart of the leadership process. He was a great soldier and family man and will truly be missed.
Sincerely,
