Derek Joseph "DJ" Hardister's Obituary
He was a loving son, an affectionate brother, and a fine soldier. He cared about his family, his brothers, and even those he hardly knew. He always focused on how to be a better person and took every opportunity to learn and to grow. He loved his country and those he served. He had a passion for riding and never missed an opportunity to show it. Derek loved life, and he let everyone know it by the way he lived. He will be forever loved, he will be forever missed, he will never be forgotten. We love you, DJ, we always will. In Lieu of flowers donations to the Wounded Warriors would be greatly appreciated.
