Dennis , will always remember watching the 86 World Series as I was the young wkend bartender at Smugglers Inn in Orange As we were watching I pulled out a Sample project of a non alcoholic Irish coffee creamer being tested at local 7/11’s from the cooler Dennis almost chocked on his drink & just about fell off his chair HE ! Dennis invented the coffee creamer from that bar stool as he jotted HIS notes “ non alcoholic , Kahlúa, Irish cream “ as he & his company tested them. Well history took off & look where we are w Dennis’s brilliant idea between a couple of Scotch & Soda’s. We had a great World Series together. I did get the privilege. I was talking to Dennis‘s secretary and she cut them the restaurant a few times.
She said she had an enjoyable time trying to read his notes from the night before on his 10 x 8 Legal pad with Scotch splatters on it
