Dean C. Bates, 94, died June 12, 2006 in Riverside. He lived in Home Gardens 40 years, Sun City 28 years, San Bernardino 2 1/2 and was a retired painter. Survivors include his daughter Joyce Parker, Son, David Livingston, 6 grand 12 great and 1 great great grandchild. Viewing will be Friday 3:00PM-6:00PM at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino with private inurnment at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Riverside.
