Dear Norene,

Kathy and I were very sad to hear that David is no more with us physically. You know how close we felt to David and we have lost a very dear and highly respected friend. We experience the loss with you and David's children and relatives. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your dear ones. We will always cherish the lovely memories of time spent with David, having several dinners together, seeing the play together....We miss him very much. God bless. I hope we can get together sometime later when you are ready.
