He is survived by his wife, Pamela, daughter Sandra Jo (Rick) Powell, of Alpine UT, Kristine Melishia Dumas of Salt Lake City UT, son David John (Niki) Dumas, IV of Yucaipa, CA, daughter Sarah Ann (Chris) Leest of Lehi UT, seven grandchildren, his mother Edith Dumas, sister Genevieve Brasher and Valerie Ann Mazzulla.
