although we mostly lost touch after high school i always remembered Daniel for his great smile and joyful demeanor. even though the only tabs we had on each other were social media i always hoped he was doing well and making the best of life so hearing about his passing was just one of shock and a reminder of how short life can be. i hope you are in a better place brother and i hope you'll watch over your friends and family that cared about you so much
