Dale W. Glasson's Obituary
Dale W. Glasson, 90, passed away on June 11, 2015 in San Bernardino, CA. Originally from Indiana, Dale had lived in Highland for over 50 years. He graduated from high school and immediately served his country during WWII in the Marine Corps. He returned to marry Lois Anderson, the love of his life, and they moved immediately to Gary, Indiana. Finally they settled in San Bernardino in 1960 when he opened Dale’s TV & Appliance, which he owned for 29 years. Dale was a long time active member of Judson Baptist Church where he was very involved. He loved to travel, was a great joke teller and enjoyed playing his violin.
He was preceded in death by Lois who passed in 2013 and his son Larry who passed in 2002.
He is survived by his daughter Maureen (Darrell) Imoe of Highland, CA. Also surviving him is his granddaughter Becky Imoe of San Bernardino and his brother Don (Betsy) Glasson of Florida.
A celebration of Dale’s life will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Judson Baptist Church, 1406 Pacific St, San Bernardino CA 92404. Graveside services were private.
