Clara Elnora Franklin was born on November 5, 1935 and passed away on October 9, 2019. Clara was a resident of San Bernardino and was a business manager for 17 years. Survivors include her spouse, Wilson J. Franklin; daughter Cindy (Gary) Siebert; grandchildren Benjamin (Erica) Siebert, Jessica Siebert, and Sarah (Tyler) Allen; and great grandchildren Noah, Lucas, Henry, Sam, and Maggie. A visitation will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel. A Chapel Service will be held after the visitation at 2:00 p.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel. Interment to follow at Montecito Memorial Park.
