Chiyono Mitchell's Obituary
Chiyono was born June 10, 1928 in Hokkaido Japan and passed away September 22, 2017 in San Bernardino, California. Chiyono became a citizen of the United States in 1955 when she moved here with her husband who was serving in the military. She showed true strength and devotion in raising her three children while her husband was away on long military assignments. Chiyono loved crocheting, knitting, bingo, Las Vegas trips with her husband and loved to watch sports. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Cleo F. Mitchell. She is survived by her son William Mitchell, daughters Marie Duran and Carol Bump, grandchildren Jesse, Derrick and Jonathan, and great grandchildren Noah and Ethan.
