John & I wanted to offer our condolences for the loss of Charlotte. We so enjoyed Charlotte, she was such a sweet, caring & gentle soul who was always smiling. I just found out yesterday, I informed my family at dinner & was very surprised to hear our youngest son remember her so well. I think that speaks volumes about her because he is only 26 & he was around her about 15 years ago. You all are in our hearts & prayers.
