Sweet Memories - Peggy Huisjen
Will I be loved when I'm old and gray?
Or tossed away like a flower that's withered and aged.
Will my keepsakes be saved when I'm in my grave
and passed on down the family tree?
Will you truly remember me?
Will you say my name with sweet memories
or did I leave in shame
not understanding the true game
With broken hearts and tears that flow...
no, that's not the way I want to go.
So I must show I love and care
to be remembered with no despair.
Giving respect to all the same
like the love of Jesus in this earthly frame.
