Catherine Mary Sanders' Obituary
KAY SANDERS Age 77, of Highland, CA, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2011, at her home.
She is survived by her husband, Tom of 50 years; her children, Cathy A. Sanders of Dallas, OR, David J. Sanders of Redlands, JoAnn M. Sanders of Highland, and Ronald W. Sanders of Highland; granddaughter, Allyson M. Sanders of Highland; and grandson, Eamonn T. Sanders of San Bernardino; 2 sisters, Mary Lawlor and Elizabeth Hogan, both of Newfoundland. Kay was an active member of TOPS, in Highland, and the Norton Chapel Community, Norton AFB. Kay raised her 4 children mainly on the east coast, while her husband served in the USAF, stationed in Viet Nam and Thailand. In 1973 the family established their home in San Bernardino, where Tom retired from the USAF in 1980.
Prayer service will be 7P.M., Thursday, February 17, 2011, at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave.,
San Bernardino, CA, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M., Friday, February 18, 2011, at St. Adelaide Catholic Church, 27457 Baseline, Highland, CA.
Inurnment Service will be 12:45 P.M., Monday, February 21, 2011, at Riverside National Cemetery, staging area #4, 22495 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, CA
