Carolyn was my friend, employer and mentor. I count her the most influential woman in my life, next only to my mother. We lost touch after her retirement, and I just found this posting and learned that she passed away almost three years ago. If any of her family still see posts, please know that your mom, grandma, aunt,etc. meant the world to me. I’m so sad to hear she is gone.

A beautiful loving person, she was always a caring Grandmother to my daughter Nicole Martell, always welcoming her into her life even though she was not part of the first family. Now they are together and what a wonderful reunion that must have been. Thank you for your kindness and for the treasured memories.
