Carlos Heredia's Obituary
Carlos Heredia, 80, of Highland, California passed peacefully on May 13, 2024, at the Loma Linda VA Medical Center. He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend to many.
Carlos was born on April 10, 1944, to Juan and Esther Heredia, in El Paso, Texas. He served in the United States Army as a Sergeant. Carlos met his wife Amelia, and together they had 4 children and were married for 52 years. He enjoyed seeing different parts of the country during his transportation duties for nearly 50 years. Carlos was a passionate Los Angeles Dodgers and Dallas Cowboys fan.
Those that have preceded Carlos in death are his wife, Amelia Heredia, brothers Miguel Heredia, Hector Flores, and Gustavo Flores.
Carlos is survived by Children, Rosamaria Heredia, Michelle Heredia, Carlos (Jaci) Heredia, and David (Kyren) Heredia. Grandchildren Desiree Burris, Brianna (Jeff) Olson, Celeste Heredia, Jordan Haney, Emilie Heredia, Jacob Heredia, Sofia Heredia, and Silas Heredia. Great-grandchildren Isaiah Young and Levi Hernandez. Siblings Juan (Lupe) Heredia, Lydia Cervantes, Daniel Flores (Renee), and Rosamaria Flores.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 9:00am -11:00am. A Chapel Service will begin at 11:00 am, at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel in San Bernardino, California. Following the chapel service Carlos Will be laid to rest with military honors at Riverside National Cemetery.
