Calvin Lee Thompson's Obituary
Calvin Lee Thompson 83, passed away after a brief illness on July 28, 2010 in Loma Linda, CA. Originally from Knoxville TN, Calvin had lived in California since 1946. He worked in construction his whole life and served our country during WWII in the United State Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years Gladys. He is survived by his children Gary Thompson of Fallen NV, Diana Post (Donald) of Chimacum, WA and Stephen Thompson (Denise) of Yucaipa, CA; his siblings Margret Bogdonavich of Greenwood Wis, Curt Post of Fresno, CA, Carl Post of Laguna Beach , CA, Wiley Post of S. CA, and Ron Post and Dan Post both of Oregon. Also surviving him are his 9 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grand Children.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday August 6, 2010 at 1pm at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA 92404. Inurnment will be private at Riverside National Cemetery.
