Mr C Wayne Canaday's Obituary
Wayne Canaday, 93, passed away on March 23, 2014 in San Bernardino, CA. Originally from Illinois, Wayne had lived in the San Bernardino area for over 65 years. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy during WWII and was a Pearl Harbor survivor.
Wayne worked as an Electrician for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union for thirty years. In his own words Wayne had a ‘very good life and had been loved throughout his life’.
He is survived by his son Dennis (Pat) of Texas, and his granddaughter Kristen (David) Whitehurst, his great granddaughter Kaitlyn and his long time companion Yvonne Dandarun.
He will be laid to rest at Riverside National Cemetery privately.
