Bonnie Christine Foster-Joswiak's Obituary
BONNIE CHRISTINE FOSTER-JOSWIAK
February 27, 1961-June 18, 2021
Bonnie Christine was born in Carlsbad, New Mexico. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at a young age Bonnie loved fishing, gardening, thrift stores and playing boy games with her grandkids. She enjoyed watching The Golden Girls, The Andy Griffith Show, animal shows and food shows on TV. She also loved family get-togethers and that may have been when she was happiest, with her children and grandchildren Bonnie’s favorite color was pink and she loved camouflage as well. Her favorite flower was the pink carnation. Bonnie loved to laugh and kid around. She would call her family and tell jokes, just to bring them laughter. Bonnie was a very strong woman, but that also got her in mix ups. She was quite a character at times! Bonnie was full of spit and vinegar.
Bonnie attended San Bernardino High School. Bonnie loved life more than school, but she had a lot of common sense. Bonnie was born a red head, but chose to be a blonde. She had various nicknames throughout her life, including "Bones", "Barney Fife", "Mommy", "Nana", "Schnickerdoodle", "Snowflake", and "Wood Chip". Bonnie loved with all of her heart, was stubborn at times, but full of life!
She left behind a husband she loved with all her heart, Kenneth F. Joswiak, a daughter, Brandie Leigh Foster and 3 sons, Jeremy Lee Foster, Gary Michael Schmidt III and Joshua Brian D. Smith. Bonnie’s grandchildren were her pride and joy so they will be named here. Auddesey Christine, Roberto Guadalupe, Steven David, Declen Lee Louis, Andrea Monique, Frederick Jeremy, Derek Anthony, Jeremy Lee, Thomas Lee, Charlotte Christine, and Great-grandchildren, Adrian Jesse, as well as soon to be Xander Lee. Bonnie Christine is survived by several brothers and sisters, including: Kathryn Naoma Jean Plack, Beverley Ellen Faircloth, William Jackson Burris II, Demetres Janet Jayne, Patricia Lorraine Jeffers, Shirley Mae Harvey, Dixie Jean Burris and Donna Jack Burris.
