BOB OVESEN's Obituary
Bob J. Ovesen, 78, passed away April 27, 2007 in San Bernardino. Bob was born June 25, 1928 in Superior, Wisconsin and was a 54 year resident of San Bernardino. He was a member of Past Masters Association of Southern California, OES Arrowhead Chapter, American Legion, Post #777, Al Malakah Shrine Temple, Redlands Shrine Club, San Bernardino Masonic Lodge. He served as Past Master of the Phoenix Masonic Lodge #178 F & A.M. and was a recipient of the Hiram Masonic Award. His first hobby was woodworking and the second was driving his Shriners miniature red volkswagon in the parades. He is survived by his wife B.J. Ovesen; daughter, Linda C. Willey; brother, Thomas Patrick Ovesen; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, April 30, 2007 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Chapel service will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. both at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Avenue, San Bernardino. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery in San Bernardino.
