Billy Douglas Farris, 91, beloved husband and father, passed away at St. Bernardine Medical Center April 10, 2007. Billy was a chief budget officer 30 years for civil service at NAFB. He is survived by his wife of 67 years Lillian, son, William Farris and his wife Mary, daughter Sharon Lake, brother, Jack Farris, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Services will be Monday April 16, 2007 at 10:00AM St. John’s Episcopal Church, 1407 N. Arrowhead Ave San Bernardino. Burial will follow at Montecito Memorial Park, Barton Rd. and Waterman Ave., Colton, CA
