Billie Formway's Obituary
Billie Formway was a resident of San Bernardino for 70 years and was a housewife. She is survived by her two daughters Delores Formway-Cullen and Daunia Harol Scarsella. Her 5 grandchildren Jason (Deceased), Ashlee, Thomas, Saralyn, and David; and her 5 great grandchildren Cash, Harley, Brock, Knox, Reagan, and a great grandchild on his way. Her sisters, now only 4 out of 7, Malvina, Saralyn, Pam and Arnolyn, and her brother Butch. Her longtime companion and love Manual Juarez and his family.
Billie came to California at a very young age from Tennessee and lived the last 70 years in San Bernardino.
She was married and divorced to Harold Formway (Deceased) and Ron Heaps. She spent over 20 years with her partner and love Manuel Juarez.
Billie had several careers involving sales, real estate, and medicine. Standing only 4’10” she was a firecracker. She loved to travel and gamble in Las Vegas and the local casinos. Christmas was her favorite holiday and loved spoiling her grandchildren. She is now in the presence of her grandson Jason, best friend Dolly, her parents, sisters and friends. We are certain she is teaching the angels in heaven on how to play craps. Her heart was much bigger than her size, a true friend to all. Her family will mis her dearly.
Services will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel in San Bernardino. A small reception will follow adjacent to the chapel.
