Betty was a wonderful person who was always friendly and looked for the bright side of everything. She was a close friend of my Mother, Geneva, and Father Earl. Our families enjoyed outtings together during my childhood years. Many gatherings included her sisters and their families. Betty and Bill, Skip and Bob made up a wonderful family. I am so glad my Dad and I stopped by for a visit at Betty's home earlier this year. It was another example of the importance to staying close to your friends and family.
