BETTY JANE HIGHLAND KEOGH's Obituary
Betty Highland Keogh
Passed away on Friday October 23, 2009. She had just celebrated her 80th birthday in September. Betty was an active member of the San Bernardino Community for over 60 years after moving from Tennessee with her family. She was a graduate of San Bernardino High School and San Bernardino Valley College. She had a successful career before dedicating herself fulltime to raising her three sons. Betty was a golfer and member of Arrowhead Country Club where she served on the Ladies Auxiliary. She was very involved in youth activities for many years including Junior Golf and Little League Baseball. Betty was well known for her giving spirit, friendly personality, sense of humor and positive attitude
Betty was married to Jack Keogh for 47 years until his passing in 2002. She is survived by her sons William, Robert and Patrick, her sisters Clemmie and Linda, her brothers Ben and Bob and her granddaughters Jordan Keogh and Lauren Keogh. She was preceded in death by her brother Chuck.
She will be dearly missed by the many that loved her.
A Memorial Service will be held at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel on Friday, October 30th at 10 a.m. with a reception to follow from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m.
