Evangeline Ebel remembers Bernice singing in same choir as I at what is now called Santa Ana First Assembly of God church. She spoke several times to us while a missionary. She was so devoted to her Lord. I cherish these memories. Her brother Phil attended for a time. With understanding heartfelt comfort for family now is my prayer.
John and I, and the whole Students for Christ family in Europe were so blessed by Bernice's friendship, prayers, and her gifted bookkeeping. Bernice could always be counted on to stick to the task with a smile on her face, and we never doubted her love for us and the students of Europe. We will really miss her!

Ruth and I were honored to serve with Bernice in the Middle East/North Africa area. Her work went far beyond the bookkeeping she was so good at. She was a positive and much-needed Godly influence in our relations with the Lillian Trasher Orphanage in Egypt, in our work in Lebanon, and in our administrative offices in Cyprus. We will miss her.
