Bernard J. Gerdes, 79 of Crestline, CA; passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 in Crestline. He is survived by his son, Philip B. Gerdes of Sunland, CA; daughter, Cheryl Smirke of Tjunga, CA; and Ann Long of Crestline, three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and two siblings. Graveside memorial services will be Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at 2:00 p.m., at San Fernando Mission Cemetery, 11160 Stranwood Ave. Mission Hills, CA.
