Belen Filippini's Obituary
Belen Filippini, 91, passed away Friday, June 3, 2011 in Calimesa. A viewing will take place from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, and a Rosary will follow at 7:00 p.m., both at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Avenue. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. the following morning, June 9, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church 1430 W. 5th Street. Burial will follow at Mt. View Cemetery, 570 E. Highland Avenue. Belen is survived by 2 daughters, Olivia Martinez of San Bernardino and Olga Valdez of Calimesa; 4 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Martin, her husband of 65 years.
