BARBARA JO WILLIAMS's Obituary
Barbara Jo Williams, 70 of Palm Desert, CA. a former San Bernardino resident passed away on Monday, November 17, 2008 in Palm Desert. She is survived by her children, Stacy Welch of Yucaipa, Steven Williams of Indio, Jeff Williams of San Diego, 6 grandsons and 2 sisters, Betty Gauthier of Michigan and Ruth Gamache of Florida.
Barbara was associated in Pomona Valley with the American Red Cross Board for 10 years, College of Osteopathic Medicine, President of Pomona Chamber of Commerce, advisor at Cal Poly, served on the board of Pomona Boys and Girls Club, member of the Soroptomists and the Rotary. In San Bernardino, she served with San Bernardino Crisis and Rape Hot Line for 5 years.
There will be a gathering of friends and family to share their stories on Sunday, November 30, 2008 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Barbara’s home, 35275 Summerland Ave. Palm Desert, CA.
