Mike Mcferrin
Uncle Buck & I share the same birthday & one of us would always call the other on that day just to say hi. He was such a great, great guy & always was lots of fun to be around. When he & Irene came out to Colorado a few years back he so badly wanted to see some elk & deer, which were usually everywhere, but of course we didn't see as much as a prairie dog! He loved to tease me about that every chance he got. Linda, Kelly & I really enjoyed their visit to Glenwood Springs though & had such a great time at Doc Holiday's Saloon where Irene even "borrowed" one of their menus as a momento! Wish we would have had more chances to be around them as they were so much fun. Glad I got out there a few years back also to spend a couple of days in San Bernardino & see them, Uncle Bud, Ginny & Raelyn whom I had not seen for so many years. It was great to see the old places I remember from my childhood summer trips. Boy, does time fly or what? Rest in peace Uncle Buck, you'll be missed very much. Mike McFerrin (Sue's son).
