Mrs Althea Marie Glover's Obituary
Althea Marie Glover, born in Frenchville, Penn. On 11/28/1925, died in Fontana, Ca. on 3/22/2015. Beloved Mother, Sister, Sister in law, Aunt, & Great-Aunt. Daughter of Clarence Briel Mignot & Vera Elizabeth Peavy Mignot, arrived in Highland, CA. on December 17, 1935. She attended Highland Pacific Elementary, graduated from San Bernardino High School, Valley College & Immaculate Heat College. Married Robert Gail Glover on 8/30/1949 & taught at Warm Springs, Burbank, Newmark, St. Anne’s Roosevelt & Belvadere Elementary Schools. During retirement she and her husband traveled in their motor home to Port Angeles, Washington, to stay in their home there and visit with their son, Clarence and his wife Marguerite. She is preceded by her parents, husband, Robert Gail, sister, Mary May Mignot, brother, Ernest Francis Mignot, sister, Joan Mignot Fiscalini, sister in law, Emma Lou Pope, nephew, Michael Thomas Hutton, and great nephew, Mathew Thomas Hutton. She is survived by her sister, Nancy Jane Mignot Hutton, niece, Mary Weller McQuillen, Gordon McQuillen, brother in law Frank Fiscalini and his family, brother in law, Jerry Glover and his family, sister in law, Doris Hoach, nephew Mark Smith, nephew, Richard Pope, niece, Glenda Pope.

A viewing will be held at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino CA 92404 on 4/6/15 from 4pm-7pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Adelaide Catholic Church, 27457 E. Baseline, Highland, CA 92346 at 11:00 am 4/7/15. Burial will follow at Riverside National Cemetery at 1:00 pm. A reception at Hannah’s Restaurant, 1355 E. Highland Avenue. San Bernardino, CA 92404 will immediately follow the services.
