Dear Robbie and Doug:
I was so sorry when I heard about Harriet's passing. When I visited her just before Christmas,she looked well and even walked me to the door. I'm glad I had that opportunity to visit and talk about old times. Dean and I spent many fun times with your parents when we were all in Fontana and both Bill and Harriett have been very kind to me through the years. I have just been elected a Deacon in my church and am obligated to attend an officers' training retreat on Saturday at the same time as the memorial services and will not be able to attend. My thoughts and prayers will be with you.
