Alfred "Art" John Salazar's Obituary
Alfred ‘Art’ Salazar, 91, passed away on February 23, 2012 at Kaiser Fontana. A lifelong resident of the Inland Empire, Art worked as an Assistant Superintendant for 25 years with the Automotive Maintenance Department of City San Bernardino until his retirement in 1975. He was preceded in death by his brothers George and Roy Salazar. He is survived by Tillie his loving wife of 68 years. Also surviving him are his children Marilyn (Carlos) Morete of Loudon, TN and Gary (Pamela) Salazar of Highland, CA and many nieces and nephews. A Rosary will be held on Wednesday February 29, 2012 from 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday March 1, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 1000 Valencia Ave. San Bernardino with a graveside service to immediately follow at Montecito Memorial Park 3520 E. Washington St., Colton, CA.
