Alfred Lopez Galindo III's Obituary
Alfred Lopez Galindo, III was born in Phoenix, Arizona on Sunday April 27, 1958. He was
the 2nd child of five Galindo children, born to Alfred and Esperanza Galindo.
The family moved to San Bernardino, CA in 1968 with short stays in Ontario, CA and Pomona, CA. Alfred joined the United States Marine Corps in 1976, shortly after turning 18 years of age. He completed basic training here in Southern California at Camp Pendleton, then was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Alfred returned back home to San Bernardino in 1979, and shortly thereafter met the love of his life, Debbie Cruz. From their union, Lisa and Hopie were born, BUT he raised all four of his daughters, loving them all with no partiality, they were and are "his girls".
He was most happy when they were all out as a family; Forrest Falls and Lyle Creek were favorite family outings, and he seized every opportunity to teach his daughters how to deal and cope with life the "Basic Marine training 101".
Alfred was good son, a good man, a good husband and father. In all he did, he gave it his all.
Alfred is survived by his mother Esperanza B. Galindo, daughters Esther (Robert) Mancha, Mivida (Pierre) Pearson, Lisa Galindo, (Justin Wallace) Hopie G. Evans (Raymond). and Esperanza Evans. 11 Grandchildren Debbie, Evan, Miranda, Jesse, Randi, Shawde, Kandi, Randall, Charlotte, Armando and Nadia; 1 Great-grandchild Autumn, his sisters Patricia Allen, Cierra and Vivian, and several aunts and uncles, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, who are now left to miss him, love and cherish his memory.
He was preceded in death by the love of his life Debbie Galindo, his father Alfred Masen Galindo, his sister Della, 2 brothers Jose Luis and Frank Galindo, his grandmothers Rosario Garcia and Adela B. Vaca.
"Goodbye, my son, mi Vida, mi Corazon you are gone from my presence, but you will live forever in my heart! until I see you again"....... Semper Fi!
