Aayden Daniel Collins, born January 14, 2009. Passed away January 17, 2009. Born at Redlands Community Hospital to his parents, Tamara Fernandez and Gregory Collins.
Survived by Grandparents, Daniel and Donna Fernandez and Tony and Terri Afu; Great-Grandparents, Daniel and Helen Ortega, Jake and Juanita Jacobs of NC and Lillian Fernandez, Robyn Thompson (Seattle, WA), Mele Afu and Toni Afu; Uncle, Daniel Jacob Fernandez.
Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2009 at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino.
