Ellsworth Z. Hoover, 87, a resident of San Bernardino for over 40 years, died October 13, 2008 of natural causes.   He was born July 11, 1921 in Woodstock, VA, the only child of Harry and Fannie Hoover.  Ethel Detlefsen became his
