Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones shines down to let us know they are with us.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in your time of sorrow. We never got to know Chuck that well but always enjoyed his company at the campouts and his stories. Your friends, Frank and Debbie##imported-begin##Frank and Debbie Heikes##imported-end##
Dear Derbeck Family - I am so sorry to hear about Chuck. He and Erick for the past several years would meet us in Parker, Arizona and we would hunt dove. It was an honor to have known him. I very much enjoyed our conversations and time we spent together. He would tell stories about his past and how much he cared about his family. He will be dearly missed. Please know that our prayers are with you and your family. Kent & Norma Richards Sent: 3/28/2007##imported-begin##Kent Richards##imported-end##
The Derbeck Family,
I just want to say that Chuck was really a nice gentleman, and will be missed at our breakfast every Tuesday.
I am absolutely honored to have had the opportunity to know him as one that always had something good to say about his fellow man.
I found him to be very interesting and pleasant; I enjoyed our conversations and his knowledge in engineering and the law.
Chuck was a man of dignity and humor he served his community well in many ways.
He cared deeply for his family and will be missed by all that were fortunately enough to have known him. we know that you will face a difficult time ahead. Please know that our prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Duerbeck Family,
I am so sorry to hear about Chuck. He was such an inspiration to our County Counsel Construction Law section and one of the founding memebers. I had the pleasure of knowing him for the past 17 years. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
