Wanda “Roselyn” Carter, 103 of San Bernardino, CA passed away 8/22/2017. A Memorial Service will be held at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel on Saturday, September 23, 2017 @ 11:00 a.m. and reception following at the same location. The family welcomes family, friends, and acquaintances to celebrate her life. Roselyn was born in San Bernardino, CA on 4/13/1914. She was a music teacher for over 30 years with the S. B. Unified School Dist. She is survived by her 2 sons, Robert Carter and Dale (Sally) Carter, 7 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
