She was a member of the Pioneer Historical Society of San Bernardino County. Josephine retired from the County of San Bernardino where she worked as a library clerk. Jo was a devoted Catholic and was very active in her church. She sang in the choir for several decades and was a long time member of Catholic Daughters Court 1305. Josephine was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of the wonderful nurses and caring staff at Citrus Valley Hospice. Jo had a special love for her nurse case manager Dawn Handy Manus. We would, also, like to thank the staff of Summit View Care Home for the loving atmosphere and gentle care given to her especially in her last days.
