Jesus Castillo, was born on October 26, 1934, beloved Son, Brother, Husband, Father, Grand-Father and Great Grand-Father of Highland died peacefully at home surrounded by loving family on October 21, 2021. Jesus, a native of Los Angeles lived in Highland for 54 years. Jesus was a devoted Catholic at St Adelaide’s Church as a Eucharistic Minister and Usher. He served in the Navy for 23 years on USS Tolovana served his Country honorably in the Korean War, where he received the Korean Service Medal, United Nations Service Medial, National Defense Service Medal and China Service Medal. Jesus loved to spend time with his family eating at his favorite restaurant Pepper Steak. Jesus will be forever loved and missed in our lives, may he rest in peace with our Mother and Brothers. “Washington Daddy “ Survivors include Daughters Lisa Carmona & Ruth McBay, Son, Thomas Castillo, Grandson Micheal Castillo, Granddaughters Brooke & Anastasia McBay, Clarissa Castillo Ghyst and Great Grandson Micheal Jr. Castillo. Jesus was preceded in death by his beloved wife Beatrice Castillo and two sons Martin and Daniel Castillo. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 7th from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. with a rosary at 6:00 p.m., at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel in San Bernardino. Funeral services will be on Monday, November 8th at 11:00am at St. Adelaide Catholic Church in Highland. Jesus Will be laid to rest with military honors at Riverside National cemetery on November 8 at 2:00 p.m.
