My family has known Annie since the beginning of the San Bernardino Community Garden, about 1972 0r 73. My mother, Norma Kobler was one of the very first gardeners. She and Annie worked many seasons togather. We attended many of the Harvest Festivals together. Annie was a very wonderful person and will be missed.

Sandy Glenn and Famlly, I truly express my sympathy in your loss. Annie was a special friend to me and my former Husband (Willie Garrett). The things she did for the city of San Bernardino were fantastic. Many persons that worked with her here have gone on to many leadership roles in other areas. Personally, Annie was a fighter and I spoke to her on her birthday every year. Last year she said she didn't know how things were going but she was hanging in....she was truly humble and loved by many. We will miss her....Connie Lexion
