The potential for grief to grow over time is a good reason to seek help early in your journey.
For some time now, many of you have been feeling the dramatic effects of grief on your mind, your body and your ability to make it from day to day. No one is well equipped for the grief journey.
Research has shown that being among other grievers is one of the most helpful things you can do to help yourself. Good, sound ideas tested by others along the way, sooner or later, need to be inserted into your own encounter with grief.
