You're Not Crazy, You’re Grieving
When the intense sadness comes, the fear, anxiety, anger, depression, loneliness, isolation and guilt; it’s not the edge of sanity; it’s the center of grief. There can be physical weakness and vulnerability; headaches and general physical discomfort. You are preoccupied with death and the person who died. Nothing is the same. Dear friend, you’re not crazy, you’re in the midst of grief. You are quite normal and, in many ways, you are experiencing the necessary part of the healing process of grief. Be patient with yourself and find someone who can help. That someone may be the people of our Wednesday evening Grief Support Group. Join us at 6:00 p.m. and park in back.
